Return Policy Overview
Gold Key 24 provides digital software licenses delivered instantly by email.
We offer returns only for defective or non-working product keys, in accordance with Google Merchant Center requirements.
If a license cannot be activated and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you will receive a full refund.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns in the following cases:
✔ Defective or non-working product keys
If the license cannot be activated and the issue cannot be solved by our support team.
✔ Wrong product delivered
If you receive a different item than what you purchased.
❌ Non-Returnable Cases
The following cases are not eligible for a refund:
- Used or activated licenses
(Once a digital key has been activated, it is permanently linked to the user and cannot be returned.) - Compatibility not checked before purchase
(If the customer purchases a product not compatible with their device and the key has already been disclosed.)
Return Window
Customers may request a refund for defective products within:
📌 14 days from the date of purchase
This is mandatory to comply with Google Merchant policies.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the following cases:
- Non-working product keys
- Wrong product delivered
- Compatibility issues (only if the original key was not activated)
If a compatibility issue occurs and the key has not been used, we provide an exchange for a compatible product.
